Dress Hire Agreement
This Agreement ("Agreement") is made between:
- Bougee Dress Hire, and
- The Customer ("Hirer"), who agrees to the terms below upon booking a dress rental.
1. Dress Hire Terms
1.1 The Hirer agrees to rent the dress for the period specified at the time of booking.
1.2 The dress remains the property of Bougee Dress Hire at all times.
1.3 The Hirer agrees to return the dress in the same condition it was received, subject to normal wear.
2. Payment & Security Deposit
2.1 Full payment is required before the dress is dispatched.
2.2 A security deposit may be required and refunded upon the safe return of the dress.
3. Care & Responsibility
3.1 The Hirer must take reasonable care of the dress and avoid damage (e.g., stains, tears, burns).
3.2 If significant damage occurs, repair or replacement costs will be charged to the Hirer.
4. Returns & Late Fees
4.1 The dress must be returned by the agreed date. Late returns will incur a daily late fee.
4.2 The Hirer is responsible for returning the dress using the provided return method.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Cancellations made within 4 days of the hire date may be eligible for a partial refund.
5.2 No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the hire period has started.
6. Liability & Disputes
6.1 Bougee Dress Hire is not liable for any accidents or damages caused by wearing the dress.
6.2 Any disputes must be resolved directy with Bougee Dress Hire.
7. Agreement Acceptance
By making a booking, the Hirer confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Agreement.
